Each variety of bean is roasted exactly long enough, at the right temperature, to develop its unique qualities.
Checking the texture, fullness and aroma of the beans constantly during the roasting process is crucial in developing the distinctive character of each type of bean and ensuring the perfect roast.
For our Decaff Organic ESPRESSO Beans we are using Decaff Organic Sumatra with its full body and its blackberry flavor, Decaff Organic Colombian Supremo- a very full bodied coffee with moderate acidity and our third (Family secret recipe)coffee. Roasted the Italian way-dark- this ESPRESSO is very special.
